Product Description:
This machine is make up of four heads, frame, electric controller box, profile-holding frame, etc. The left machine head can move 20mm along the track with the control of the programe. Every head has their separate location structure, pressing structure, heating structure and head box.
This machine is used for PVC window and door welding processing. It can achieve the whole welding processing individually. It features advanced technique, pneumatic drive, PLC control, stable capability and simple operation. The movable stand adopts non-oil lubricating bearing and liner moving bearing that make it of high precision and convenient maintaining. The machine has one head can weld various angles.It is also suitable for special shaped window welding like arch window.The four heads can be used individually, simultaneously or combinatively.
